The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions conducted through Fine Smells web site.

Are your fragrances genuine?

All of our advertised products are genuine and fully packaged but to find the best prices for our customers we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries around the world. As a reputable company, we will never compromise quality for profit.

How can you sell your fragrances so cheap?

Our buying department ensures that Fine Smells are able to pass on all the benefits of our substantial buying power. As we are only an internet business, we do not have to pay high rents and rates. In turn directly pass on the savings to you, and therefore our prices are low compared to high street shops. Please note special offer prices are only valid if the item is purchased at the offer price. Fragrance Direct will not offer a refund for items bought at a higher price when it is not on special offer at the time of purchase.

Pricing

All product prices are in GBP sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked Recommended Retail Price (RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days. We expect that your order will be delivered within 14 days.

Postage and Packaging

For orders over £50.00, postage and packaging is free. For orders under £50.00, the postage and packaging charge will be £1.50 per item. You can have the goods sent by 1st class recorded or by special delivery but these are chargeable.

We send all our products via the Royal Mail 2nd class Recorded Delivery to UK mainland*. Worldwide delivery service is available and this is chargeable. Please contact us for an indication of the costs for this service.

*UK mainland is England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

Do you ever run out of popular product lines?

Occasionally yes. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you within 72 hours of the receipt of your order to advise you when the item will be available and provide the option to cancel the order, or to select another item.
