Refunds & cancellations
If we cannot fulfill the order within 14 days, you will be entitled to a full refund, including postage if applicable. However, if the product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 020 3286 4831 or info@finesmells.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Fine Smells.
Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address below along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Fine Smells.

Return of goods following cancellation.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the customer fails to return the goods or sends them at the expense of Fine Smells, the direct cost of this return will be charged to he customer. All goods must be returned within 10 working days of receipt of the order.
Duty of Care
Customers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. When returned it is the customer's duty to take reasonable care to ensure that Fine Smells receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit. If this reasonable care is not exercised Fine Smells may have a claim against the consumer for breach of this statutory duty.
